Collusion

Artwork from the series "National Holidays". The work, most expressive in color, is filled with inner drama. An important point of the matchmaking contract is depicted here - the acquaintance of the young, next to each of whom is the mother. The characters' images are very expressive: a tall and thin groom with his mother (and the groom's little sister, nestling with her mother), and a burly, magnificent bride and her mother. And absurdly frozen, embarrassed young people, in their best clothes, and a little sad images of mothers. There is a lot of color in the work, open, bright combinations - and at the same time nothing superfluous, everything is aimed at expressiveness of the moment that is taking place.
