When the artist looks at the world, he sees not only the external beauty, but seems to join the source of the mysteries and riddles of eternal nature. Chinese artists use a great deal of symbolism and calligraphically with written lines of poetry to explain their works.
When I painted these flowers, I saw a wonderful family in their composition, with a mother and a father in charge of different family areas to provide safety for the little one. The large leaves around are a symbol of protection which form a shelter for family security and love. In some countries, these flowers are called Birds of Paradise...
